Today’s featured artist is David Ruimveld. We had the good fortune to meet David at a show several years ago and were not only taken by his immense talent but also the kind and generous man he is. It is truly our pleasure that our paths now cross so often. His nature is exemplified by the beauty of his work and the messages he includes in them, Good and Faithful servant come to mind. It is our pleasure to feature him here at Chandler Lake Camps and Lodge and to open up his world of beauty to our family of guests and followers that may not have the pleasure of knowing his work.
David Ruimveld has been creating sporting & angling images for the past 30 years. Painting with acrylics in a water color style, his paintings rekindle the memories of many anglers, hunters, and outdoor enthusiasts.
In addition to his well-known and collected river maps of famous fly fishing waters, he also enjoys painting bird dogs, upland art, and landscapes of the various places he visited.
David’d latest foray to display his talent is in his new product line of face gaiters. A staple product for fisherman his are just absolutely gorgeous as well! –
