With us being in the middle of the summer heat with little relief in sight. We are looking back at a few of our June and July adventures in the Allagash Region and reflect on what the true Northern Maine has to offer. At the moment we are offering a respite to our cold water fish as they are hopefully tucked away in our numerous spring holes. Not that we want to wish away summer, fall fishing will be on everyone’s mind soon enough. We personally look forward to cooling temps and early fall rains to increase water flows for our Wild Brook Trout and LL Salmon.
